Is that all it takes though?

This is a traditional Thai recipe called “Moo Dad Deaw (หมูแดดเดียว)”
And dehydrating meat in the sun is a part of this recipe.
It does a 75% dry, but continuing on with the process and skipping the recipe would be a good way to just dehydrate the meat.
